Drive Up Pty Ltd (ABN 53 702 220 513) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Your name, date of birth, contact details, residential address, driver's licence details and photographs of your licence, booking details, intended vehicle use and occupation, and payment records (not full card details).

Why we collect driver's licence information

To confirm your identity and eligibility to drive, to meet our insurance and legal obligations, and to deal with tolls, fines or incidents during your rental.

How documents are stored

Licence photographs are stored in a private, non-public area of our server and are never publicly accessible. Only authorised administrators can view them.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or security code.

How long we keep information

We keep booking and licence information for as long as needed for the rental, for legal, tax and insurance purposes, and then securely delete it.

Access and correction

You can ask for access to, or correction of, your personal information by emailing us.
