Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation

You may cancel without a cancellation charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled collection time. The rental payment and refundable bond are returned to your original payment method.

Late cancellation

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled collection time, the cancellation charge is 50% of the prepaid rental amount. The refundable security bond is never included in this charge and is refunded in full.

Please note

The minimum booking notice is also 24 hours, so a booking made for the earliest possible collection time may have little or no free-cancellation window.

Declined bookings

If we decline your booking and cannot supply the rental, we refund the rental payment and bond to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
